Quality Event Flooring Systems (QEFS) was positioned to respond rapidly and efficiently in assisting with the rescue and recovery efforts after hurricane Harvey in Texas. QEFS was contracted by Deployed Resources to provide many thousands sq. ft. of 12” raised wood flooring surfaces for multiple tent sites for relief workers. These various encampments will be utilized for sleeping quarters, cafeteria, administration, command center and medical.

QEFS also built custom ADA ramps and railing which enhance camp life for the various field agency workers that will be conducting valuable relief and assessment tasks for many months. The military style camp bases were erected in record time due to the efforts by QEFS according to the Deployed Resources and FEMA personnel.

Live Nation in producing Metallica’s WorldWired 2017 Tour required an enhanced field cover to protect the field and subgrade at Camping World in Orlando and Hard Rock Stadiums in Miami. Both venues had some challenges due to the current field conditions and Quality Event Flooring Systems (QEFS) provided a turn-key rental field cover adequate for cranes, equipment, stages and more importantly music stomping fans.

At each stadium, QEFS installed over 105,000 sq. ft. of drivable field cover in accelerated timeframes. Live Nation was impressed on the attention to detail, condition and strength of ground protection product, and personnel expertise; all which contributed to the project’s success.

The largest generator of travel to the U.S., IPW 2017 hosted its annual conference in Washington DC and cumulated 3-days of seminars, learning and buying with a concert on the National Mall. The challenge was providing a National Park Service approved turf protection system for the stage and concert goers.
